Just started my first cycle

Hey guys whats going on? I just started my first cycle I am doing Test E 500mg for 12 weeks and 40mg Dianobol for the first 4 weeks. Just wanted to see what you guys think of my workout. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am 5'9 198 trying to gain about 20 pounds. Thanks guys

Hey buddy if i were you i would chang up a few things .For example make your core lifts most important thats how you will put on 20 pounds +.Try doing chest or legs for day 1, that way your shoulder work isnt taking away from your chest or back work you will get stronger and grow better .When I train 4 on 3 off Ill do legs first [which also stimulates test] then next ill do chest and tri's then back and bi's and the last day abs and cardio or legs,chest,back,bi's and tri's . Try this out for awhile see if you like it i bet you grow faster and get stronger if you like it throw me some rep power that would be cool. GOODLUCK!!
