Okay...so, I laid off for awhile due to injuries and opted to get right back on the horse. (It has been so long that the old site I went to intense-training.com is no more.)

Long story short, I am starting another cycle after 2+ year off. When I had one last time for Enan & Bold, had no issues at all for a 12 week cycle.

Physiology
5'6", 163#'s, with a 33" waist.

Exercise
I run, bike, swim, and lift 5+ days a week but am cutting cardio to minimum.

I used to lift a lot and am returning to the following schedule since I have cut out a lot of bodyfat with my current cardio routine.
+Mon: Chest/Tri
+Tues: Back/Bi
+Wed: Legs
+Thurs: Shoulders
+Friday: Arms
+Sat: Catch-up for parts that were not caught on the week, i.e. serratus, calves, etc.

Cycle
I have ~13ml of Bold 200 left along with a LOT of Enan 250. I was thinking that I should run it as a pyramid in the following fashion.
Week 1-2 & 11-12
100 Bold
500 Enan
Week 3-4 & 9-10
200 Bold
500 Enan
Week 5-8
300 Bold
750 Enan

One of the concerns I have is that, if memory serves correct, the most gains are made at the tail end of a cycle; however, I think that this pyramid would counter any issues I may have with a drastic cut in test and bold at the end, ensuring that the effects are lessened from aromatization.

PCT
Week 1-2
Tamoxifen 40 mg daily
Week 1-2
Tamoxifen 20 mg daily

DIET
3000-4000 calories daily
Protein
Sources to include seafood, turkey, egg whites, and other lean sources also to include wild salmon.
Veggies
You name it..sweet potatoes, red bells, etc, etc 5-6 servings daily from all color groups.
Fruits
5-6 servings daily from all color groups.
Carbs
Carbs that are not only complex but have good fiber sources, multi grains, and a variety of pasta products to not include stuff with processed sugars. (Emphasis on the fiber since I like good firm BM's)
Beverages
Already drinking a half gallon, upping it to 1 gal per day.

Coffee, tea, or other caffeine sources, 3-4 servings per day no later than 5pm.

Supplements
Daily vitamin
Freshly ground flax seed
???

Any suggestions? Comments? Advice?
 
Dont pyramid things, just run the same dose for the entire cycle.
I would use the EQ at a higher dose then 200, as it is such a mild drug. 500mg Test, 400mg Eq EW for the entire cycle.
 
Cycle seems a little complicated, the splitting of dosages, you probably shouldnt split the EQ run it for the smae amount of time at the same dosages, get more if you have to.

Since the consensus is to keep it the same throughout the cycle, I will go 200 for an entire 12 week phase E4D.

Would you advise increasing the Enan or leaving it the same since I have a larger supply of Enan, 45ml?

PCT: Anything else that you would add for the Tamoxifen? Any advice for research that you can give me is greatly appreciated.
 
Wow...I use to belong to that board. I forgot all about intense training. It's better here anyway :)
 
Sounds good, you aint that heavy so I do hope you pay good attention to youre diet on and off.
