If you really wanted to knock gyno out that was already setting in, what dosage would you take of nolvadex to keep it at bay. And would you even throw in proviron or clomid at all? Also how long after I come off test would I have to rely on these things?

PH, are still on and if so, what is the cycle? Generally, want to start clomid ~ 3 weeks after test, depending on the ester. As for Nolva, about 40mg/day is "standard" but again, varies with Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) dosages.

only taking 500mg of enanthate a week, but also taking Winstrol (winny) 50mg a day with fina. Nips are puffy with little pebbles underneath them. I want to shrink them down. I will try the 40mg a day of nolvs. Thanks

If you can feel the lump I'd even reccomend 60mg/day for a week then tapering down to 40, and finally 20. . That is what I am doing right now, the lump seems to have shrunk some...

Yeah, once the lump turns hard, that's a pretty good sign it has set in. Mine started out the size of a ball-bearing and grew from there, both sides. After I got the bastards cut out (whoo-whee), the doc showed me the extraction. Fucking right one was the size of a crab cake--yuck. Agree with upping the Nolva a bit until begins to subside then can back off the dosage. good luck P'House.

I would start taking arimidex or femara along with nolva ASAP. How many times have you fina? How many times have you ran test? Did you have problems with either before?

I've ran fina once before, I think it just started growing slowly each time, so I couldn't really detect it. But now they are puffy, I am hoping I can atleast shrink them down a bit.
