That was Wednesday and it'd be a stretch for me to remember EXACTLY what I ate so I'll give you yesterday's menu.
meal 1: 3 scrambled eggs (whole) 1 TBS Udos
meal 2: handfull almonds
meal 3: 2 slices each of ham, roast beef and hard salami and two slices of provolone cheese
meal 4: half a bag of pork rinds (these are a life savor on the go)
meal 5: pork roast (approx 8 oz) and a side of spinach
meal 6: the other 1/2 bag of pork rinds before bed
Today is carb up day so I'm already excited planning what I will eat today.
