Can anyone give me information about a ketogenic diet? I'm trying to help a friend that wants to lose weight, roughly 30 pounds for right now. I'm not to well versed about the researchology products but I see some of them hve worked for a lot of people losing weight. My buddy would like to keep it OTC though at this point. I'm in the process of putting together a cardio program / diet and have been reading up on ketosis. So far I've read nothing but great results and comments about it from people that have stuck to it. Please lemme know any links or info you have on it.
