Ketotifen - is it available OTC?

I'm not asking for a source for Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) I have enough connections but I only have one guy that sells Ketotifen by itself and I don't need enough to make his minimum order. Does anyone know if this is available in Mexico?

Or does anyone know where I can get some.
