that's why I join this site and started this thread so I can obtain info so I wouldn't be uninformed. but thanks for ur advice it open my eyes a lil more

and should not be takin lightly.

what is your diet going to be?
how much water will you drink?
what is your workouts going to consist of?
what do you have for gyno/
for bloat?
blood pressure?
supporting supps?
what is your pct?

these are only a few questions you should already have the answer to.
there are a lot more!

for more info post a naked pic of your girlfriend. that will get everybody fired up. only if she is hot though.

Try stepping back a foot and focusing on the vial...your cheap pos camera's need to me in "macro mode" if you plan on shooting that close to focus properly.
 
your gear is fake man... i think you might end up doing yourself harm if you try and use it

the highest concentration of Test made, from what I have seen/been told is 400mg/ml... anything above that would probably be fake as hell

I don't even think that chemically its possible to have a concentration that's that high

I mainly just eat chicken, I already drink about 2 gallons of water, my workouts are heavy i workout 7days a wk and do cardio 7 days a wk dont my blood pressure is normal supps r just protien shakes and muilt vits the bloat and gyno im still researching same wit my post cycle therapy (pct) i dont plan on startin my cycle any time soon im still gather some more info thanks for lookin out bro.
 
if you train 7 days a week you don't know what you're doing... that too much, your body need time off to recuperate

work out every other day or atleast not more the 3-4 days a week. you dont grow when your workoing out u grow when your resting and eating. your protien should be at atleast200-270g ed. and cals at 3500-4000 ed.

i dont train more EVER then 2 days in a row. but i usaly go eod.

i wouldent harm myself using that stuff.
spend money and get some PHARM grad stuff no ug till your more informed. this is your body man .
im going to stop now so i dont start to flame you.
keep lerning i think you should reserch training diet and Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) for a few months atleast before you hurt yourself.
but keep learning! atleast you trying to learn so pleas if you have a Q ASK cuzz its better then not asking.
 
o and if your trying to bulk up "put on the pounds" dont do cardo more then 2-3 times a week and if your tring to cutt up then 5 days a week of cardio is the most i would do.

my diet is pretty soild and clean im thinkin about tryin a weight gainer in the mean time.
 
Test400 hurts like hell when injected by itself. Can you guys imagine how painfull 600mg/ml would be??? Ouch!!
