I mainly just eat chicken, I already drink about 2 gallons of water, my workouts are heavy i workout 7days a wk and do cardio 7 days a wk dont my blood pressure is normal supps r just protien shakes and muilt vits the bloat and gyno im still researching same wit my post cycle therapy (pct) i dont plan on startin my cycle any time soon im still gather some more info thanks for lookin out bro.i would read all the stickys!!!

what is your pct?

work out every other day or atleast not more the 3-4 days a week. you dont grow when your workoing out u grow when your resting and eating. your protien should be at atleast200-270g ed. and cals at 3500-4000 ed.
i dont train more EVER then 2 days in a row. but i usaly go eod.
i wouldent harm myself using that stuff.
spend money and get some PHARM grad stuff no ug till your more informed. this is your body man .

keep lerning i think you should reserch training diet and Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) for a few months atleast before you hurt yourself.
but keep learning! atleast you trying to learn so pleas if you have a Q ASK cuzz its better then not asking.
o and if your trying to bulk up "put on the pounds" dont do cardo more then 2-3 times a week and if your tring to cutt up then 5 days a week of cardio is the most i would do.
