knees keep shaking on bent over barbell rows.. wtf?

My knees are shaking like crazy on alot of exercises, it used to be squats and deads before but now bent over barbell rows are near impossible because of my shaking legs. I cant eveng et a good workout in half the time because they shake to much that my back doesnt get hit enough.
 
i'm not sure..but I had the same thing back then..I would say stengthen your back/legs more...mine has stopped shaking since then..
 
overtime hopefully it will subside. Maybe try rubbing one out before hitting the gym.

Are you taking anything like Noexplode or supps of that nature?
 
Are you bending your knees and pulling into your gut? There should be no shaking knees.
 
Is your back slightly arched, stable, and abs tight? If your back is rounded, this can happen.

ill try to watch my form more closely this back day, its been happening for a while, i always attributed it to hockey and football before but thought id ask
