inj 250 mg 1/2ml test enan. and 50mg 1ml winny(oil) into glute last sat. and still as of thurs. have a knot hurts slightly to sit but not red or warm,using proline gear afraid to inj. other glute for fear of not being able to sit two weeks ago inj 750mg enan in delt couldn't raise arm for 2 days

As long as it isn't red or hot or swelling you should be ok. Try to hold the needle very still when injecting. I have found that when injecting thick oils like enth I find myself wiggling the syringe alot while trying ot push that oil through. I would also try your quads next time. Oh yeha and run the loaded syringe under hot water for a minute or too that will thin the oil up a little.

thanks i'll try that and yes i did move alot it's harder to reach that area now i usually use delts but after last time thought i'd try glutes

Yeah.....maybe try your thighs, that way you'll have two hands free to steady and inject.

If the knot is only sore and it didn't show up until the next day then you ruptured a vein. This happens when you inject the oil right next to the vein. The oil pressure as your injecting bursts the vein open and you get a painful knot. The size of the vein will determine how much pain you're likely to get.
