L-Arginine experts needed!

So i have been doing a little research on this amino acid and I know that it is similar to Nitric Oxide. Also ive seen some say that AAKG is better then free form L-arginine and I want to know what the difference is especially the difference in the time they remain in the blood stream. Thx.
 
I used to take arginine religiously in the 90's as I had been told by my bber buddies that it combined with boron and creatine was a recipe for success. In hindsight, I can't say it did anything for me and in fact has been found to be more of a placebo drug than anything. Here's an article I came across recently when asked about this awhile ago. It gives some pretty good information in my opinion. (Note: I do not know if AAKG is any different, but I have my doubts.)

Read the article and makes sense. So u personally didnt really feel anything while taking? But when did u take it cause ive read that free form l-arginine does not last long in blood stream so probably best as a pre workout supp.?

I was taking it 4x a day. Once when I woke up, once before my workout in the morning, once post-workout and once after dinner. The only supplement from those days that I really still stand by is creatine, but I don't know if the newer forms of arginine are really potent NO boosters at all or not. The big problem is that the supplement industry is able to market just about anything and can make all sorts of claims as long as they put on a disclaimer and their product doesn't actually do anything medically viable lol. It's when they have a product that can replace actual medicine is when Big Brother steps in (read: Primordial Performance) and raids them. It's sad really.

Damn i read that Primordial Performance incident and seems ridiculous that they were treated that way. But this sheds light on the truth behind the supplement industry. Great read thanks.
 
Ya ive heard people use Viagra, have u noticed good pumps with Cialis?

Its hard to say cuz im on the juice so I get crazy pumps all the time especially my cock lol. Cialis is great it even helps keep bp in check you should try it
