hi guys.

15 months ago i was 95kg and 10% bf all natural. unfortunately, i had double back hernia and vertebra fracture with left leg paralysis.
i had my back surgery 3 months ago and now i can walk again but im too weak to continue my rehabilitation (swimming, stretching, abs and lumbar reinforcement)

i was planing to cycle before i got my hernia so i still have this on hand: proviron, clomid, Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), vit b6, b12, arimidex and Nolvadex and test enanthat.

im thinking about doing a 4 weeks cycle (250mg/week) to help me.

what do you think? any idea?

actual stat: 29 old, 1m80, 75kg, 15% BF

4 weeks of test eth is useless. eth is a long ester and takes weeks to build up in the system.10 weeks mininum for cyp or eth imo.

thanks for replying me.

i agree with u. i perfectly understand that a test enanthat cycle must be 10 weeks long. but only if for mass gaining or cutting.
im looking for something to help me gain strength and endurance. coz for the moment, i cant walk or swim more than 5mn without being exhausted. im getting tired even when im stretching.

do you know what i can use?

I had the same surgery literally 3 months ago. I had no disc left between S1-L5...a spondylolisis, and a pars defect. My recovery is going well though...Sorry yours is not doing so hot. Ive been doing inclined walking on a treadmill and at about %50 weights from before. I was 11% BF and 218lbs when I got hurt last year. I am now about 19% and 236....but improving. I hope you get better man. I think I will be running a cycle soon....not sure what though.

And you are looking at it's use in the wrong way. Running 10 weeks is not just bulk/cut. The ester will take that long to build actively in your system to have enough to start producing strength gains. I would be very cautious because it's assimple as feeling stronger than you are or stronger then the rest of your body can handle and if you are not able to be active I'm not sure how it will build strength or worse it will and will result in more injury. All I'm saying is be careful if you do choose that route and good luck with it.

I'm almost officially a year post-op from my surgery.....still have a good deal of pain to be honest....guess I was hoping for a miracle....not disappointing...just wish more of the pain was gone
