I started testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) in January 2012 and after many interim Labs and protocol adjustments, here is where I am 7 months later. Any thoughts on bloodwork results is appreciated. Thanks.

Ranges will help but it looks like your total cholesterol is a little high and your HDL is a tad low. I think your LDL is 78 points high, having trouble remembering exact ranges today lol

Estrogen is low, I am betting your on a decent dose of an AI? This might help explain the cholesterol numbers.

Overall it looks pretty good but how do you feel? do you take Niacin?

Yep, need ranges. Your hemoglobin looks like it's getting on the higher end (range is probably about 13-17 g/dl). If you are at the very end of the high range, you should probably donate some blood in the next month or so (before it goes any higher). Many places will check your hemoglobin and will not accept a blood donation if you get too much higher.

Det-Oak - Thanks for the quick reply.

Cholesterol Total 239 (range 100 - 199)
Triglycerides 130 (range 0 -149)
HDL Cholesterol 36 (range >39)
LDL Cholesterol 177 (range 0 - 99)

Currently taking .25mg of Anastrozole 3x/wk.

I'm not taking Niacin but plan to as I'd like to see my cholesterol get in range if not closer to within range.

Overall I've been feeling kind of just OK. Would like to see my Total T closer to 800-1,000 and my E2 more like 25.

Currently on 80mg of Test Cyp 2x/wk. I might drop my Aromatase inhibitor (AI) to .25mg 2x/wk and up my Test to 65mg 3x/wk. Retest in 6 weeks and see where that puts me.

I don't know if breaking up or moving your testosterone dosage around is the solution. I am surprised you came in as low as you did on TT for the amount you are injecting. I would ease up on the adex and go from there.
