My baseline test level was at 310 on a 241-857 scale. So my urologist prescribed 200mg cyp to be injected once every two weeks. Which I do two injections of 50 mg weekly. I just got labs done on my own because I needed to know where my E levels were because I am very prone to gyno and I have been noticing that my nips were puffy and itchy. I have had Gynecomastia that started when I was going through puberty that never went away. I had that removed when I was 22 years old from under both nipples. It started coming back a few years later and I had it removed again when I was 30 it has not returned. Thank God! I am 43 now. I started taking arimidex(************) .5mg twice a week and the itchy and puffy nips went away. I have to self prescribe this as my doctor isn't readily to prescribe this or ACG. That's another issue that I will tackle at another date. Ok, back on topic here, to my surprise my nips are starting to feel slightly sensitive again. I did miss my 2 injections because I was away for work and I am wondering if this is why they are sensitive maybe it is some sort of estrogen rebound because I didnt take my adex either? Now on to my labs...My LH, FSH, and Estradiol are low! My Test Serum is 862 on a 348-1197 scale. The question I have is if my estradiol is low why am I feeling the sensitive and itchy nips? And also, any advice on how I can get these numbers back in acceptable ranges. Any input, suggestions? Here are my labs....
