Lab work... Now this is weird

Ok.. so been on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) since April... started out with test levels at about 350... started on 200mg of test cyp a week, 200HCG twice a week.

Have stayed steady with that, with some anti-E thrown in to keep estrogen levels down.

Did labwork in June and my test levels were 880.

Was having some ED issues lately so wanted to make sure my estrogen wasn't out of balance so did a quick labtest of just Test, Estrogen and PSA.

Test came back at 460 (took test 7 days after last test shot and 4 days after last HCG shot).

Free test is 3.99, up from 1.28

Estrogen was 22 by the way... and my PSA was higher than before at 3.9

Now I did do a cycle of anavar for 8 weeks and it just ended about a week before this test and I also did about a week of Clen two weeks ago, but stopped because I hated it..

Any ideas on this?

Thoughts? Wait a month or more and go back to take another panel.

The use of anavar and then clen may have altered the results so you are not getting a "baseline" for your testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) amount - youre getting the results based off of just coming off of anavar plus all of the other hormones you are on.

Wait a while, go back and test and if that one is bad then worry about it. I wouldnt worry about the one you just had.

Thanks... that confirms what my original feeling was which was to stop it all for a little while and start back up and get a good baseline.

The weird thing is I don't feel any different with test levels at mid 300's and high 800's....

I never said stop it...i said wait for all of the other hormone fluctations (from the other hormones you ran) to flush from your system. In about 6 weeks get lab work done to see where you are at as far as levels with your current testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) routine.

The other hormones may have thrown you out of whack when you took your last panel

I'd be concerned about that PSA score. It should be 0.0, ideally. Did you doc say anything about it?

I just got the results today... yea that is as high as it has ever been... I wonder if the testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), anavar or clen has anything to do with it

The danger is your PSA number is one of the best indicators of prostate problems/prostate cancer and any measurable value can be problematic. I'd run back to the doc with my pants down and bent over to get a "digital-rectal" exam ASAP (no homo). As un-fun as it sounds it beats the hell out of the alternative.
