Labs 6 weeks after starting TRT

Hello everyone. Long time lurker here, but my first time posting. I am 32 years old and prior to starting TRT, my total test was 297. I started 7 weeks ago using Test Cyp 100 mg/week with 1 injection every Thursday along with HCG 250IU Fridays and Mondays. Initially I felt great and my libido was up. I still feel good, but my libido has seemed to have subsided. Initially after researching on the forums, I was questioning if my Estradiol could have been elevated since I seemed to have symptoms consistent with elevated E2. I have Adex on hand, but wanted to do lab work to confirm before using it. I went to labcorp to have my labs drawn Thursday the morning just prior to my next injection. Here's a small breakdown of my results:

RBC: 5.67 4.14-5.80
Hemoglobin: 17.0 12.6-17.7
Hematocrit: 50.1 37.5-51.0
Testosterone, Free, Direct: 8.7 pg/mL 8.7-25.1
Testosterone, Serum: 405 ng/dL 348-1197
Estradiol, Sensitive: 7 3-70

What's surprising is my estradiol being 7. Is this plausible being so low with out the use of Adex or AI's in my regimen or lab error? Also, my Free Test and my Total Test seem to be on the low side, however, I am not sure if it is due to my labs being drawn right before my next dose or not. I have since changed my regimen to twice a week dosing, and raised my dose of test to 62.5mg Thursday and 62.5mg Sunday with HCG 250IU on Wednesday and Saturday. I see also that I have to donate some blood soon to get my RBC and H&H down.

Any advice or interpretations of my labs would be greatly appreciated as many here have more experience than I.

Thank you in Advance.

not enough T and your HCG does is too low, many docs have written anything under 500IU doesn't do too much. 500 per dose should be minimum, unless your one of the unlucky few that get estro sides from it.

Thanks for the advise. Would increasing my dose to 200mg test, split up twice over the week be too much outright or would increasing slowly to 150mg be a better idea?

Curious about that estradiol level being so low, even on trt. Was it like that prior?

I have the same level, but it was 9. Anyone wanna chime in in the estradiol and explain what we gotta do to get it up? Do we gotta maintain it to keep that level or will it balance itself out?

My estradiol was fine(at least I had no symptoms) for the first 6 weeks on trt. Then after the 6th week, the E2 hit the fan. So at least for me, it took a little while for my estradiol to go up.

To be honest, I don't know my estradiol levels pre TRT. I was surprised to see it so low, it almost looks like a lab error. No idea how to raise e2 if mine is really that low. Perhaps I need to up my HCG and Test to get the E2 to raise further in response.

Hello,

Splitting the injection into twice a week should be the best route. You got your labs done right before your injections, getting peak levels would have been more interesting however as stated. Doing twice a week injections will resolve this.

In regards to your side effects work with your doctor to see what the problem may be, after you adjust your program to an optimal injection interval to establish tT and e2 at a steadier concentration than the current peak and valley style.
