At 256lbs and 23%BF I would be asking myself the same thing. If you weigh 250lbs, you should be taking in AT LEAST 375g of protein ED, really in the 4-500g range to see max results. But it isn't all about protein, you need to eat carbs and fat and keep your cals up.
I think your main concern would be to fix your diet, finish your cycle, go through proper post cycle therapy (pct), and start getting some of that fat off of you.
Your other option is to try and do a lean mass cycle (there is a thread by Lawnsaver somewehre around), and you could add in some Clen or an ECA to help with the fat. But losing fat is all about diet and cardio IMO.
