Your goal on pct is to retain as much mass as you can so if you were bulking, lean bulking or whatever you don't want to start cutting until after post cycle therapy (pct). The problem some people make is that they bulk up, put on a bunch of muscle, and then they start a keto or low carb diet in order to cut fat, and in the process will lose most of the hard earned muscle they gained on cycle because your body is more likely to be in a catabolic state more often.
