Last question from the newbie

Got the pct figured out in relation to my vacation after my cycle. Is there anything else that I should take to either help decrease chances of the negative side effects of test c or anything that will help cut fat?
 
I don't feel like looking up your other thread, so assuming you have an A.I. and will be running it from the start, you will be good to go assuming the cycle is Test C only. Some might say grab Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) but if this is your first cycle and you are keeping it simple as you should then no real need to go crazy with adding support substances.

Eat clean to cut your fat. Do not take another substance for that, especially if this is your first cycle as it seems since you stated "newbie".
 
Your goal is to build lean mass, and cut fat while on cycle right? Keep doing what you're doing, maybe up the calories a bit. Your goal on pct is to retain as much mass as you can so if you were bulking, lean bulking or whatever you don't want to start cutting until after post cycle therapy (pct). The problem some people make is that they bulk up, put on a bunch of muscle, and then they start a keto or low carb diet in order to cut fat, and in the process will lose most of the hard earned muscle they gained on cycle because your body is more likely to be in a catabolic state more often.
 
Ok, wasn't sure if I should do anything for the water retention. I go out of country the day of my last pin and come back 10days later, just in time for the post cycle therapy (pct). Getting married to my hot ass much younger (6years) fiancé and I want to turn back the clock on my body a little without any ED or depression. From my understanding I should be good, just double checking bc taking anything international isn't a risk a RN needs to take. Thx boyz
