For the past couple months ive been making these late night trips to the fridge and dont know why. many times its 2x per night. I dont even know what im doing till im halfway done eating cause im half asleep. Lol. Usually ill have a 2-3 chewy granola bars and a drink a bunch of whole milk out of the jug. Sometimes cake or other sweets that happen to be lying around. Fortunately i havent put on any fat as a result. My wife lols the next morning though when theres 6 empty granola bar wrappers lying on the counter. Anyone else experience this or know whats possibly causing this?
