Summer is here and for the first time in my life, a six pack is showing it's face. I have always been bulky but had a small gut. I decided this summer was it and after my cycle, I have buckled down and am seeing some great results.
My point is that I know a lot of guys like me hate doing cardio and love to eat. While on, you eat everything in sight. I know I did. But now that i am getting leaner, I look better and see all the hard work I have put in the gym.
I force my ass out of bed at 6am for 45min of cardio and do 15min on the days i lift.. My diet has been low carb and zero carbs after 6pm. Seems to be working. No ECA or clen yet but i am expecting some bulk caffine anyday.
