Lean mass cycle?

Ok haven´t been around the board much, did my cycle last year and went from 74 kg to 87 in 8 weeks. I have lost some strength but no weight. overall I am quit happy with the gains I have made.

The water retention was my biggest side in this cycle. Even at 75 mg of Proviron ED the water retention was noticebale.

My second cycle starts tomorrow and will look like this.

Week 1-4: Dianabol 25 mg
Week 1-15: Proviron 50 mg
Week 1-12: Sustanon 500 mg

Week 15: Start post cycle therapy (pct) (Nolvadex only).

I might throw in some winstrol at 20 mg from week 11-15 but I have not decided yet, we will see. Any suggestion. I have HCG on hand just in case.
 
Took my first injection of Sustanon yesterday and today my leg hurt like hell. Feels like I have been kicked by a horse or something :bawling:. I guess that is kind of normal when it comes to Sustanon.

My goal for this cycle is lean mass at 90 kg.

Injections:
Monday: 250 mg.
Thursday: 250 mg.

I know that Sustanon should be taken at least E3D but I am not ready to bump the doses up and Sustanon was the only Test I could get my hands on so I don´t have much of a choice.

My leg still hurts like hell, I will check with my source and see if he can get me Test Enanthate instead cause this really sucks.

I would recommend that you run Test Enanthate and forget about the Dianabol on your first cycle.
 
That was my first cycle, I remeber as if it were yesterday, D-bol and test for 8 weeks, shit I was huge. 35 lbs on the 155lbs 8% bf frame, I'm gonna cry I was so lean, able to walk up stairs, didn't snore like an 85 yrs. old farmer, Shit I love being a freaK of nature.
 
Yesterday was injection day (Left thigh). I have switched to Test Enanthate, the injection went smooth and I have no pain in the injection site to day.

workout was good, maybe there is some placebo effect taking place cause I had a really good pump...
 
I just changed my workout split so now it looks like this:
Monday: Back, hamstrings.
Tuesday: Chest, shoulders.
Wendsday: Biceps, Triceps.
Thursday: Quads, Calfs.

Before I changed it, it looked like this:
Monday: Quads, Hamstrings.
Tuesday: Chest, Triceps.
Wendsday: Back, Biceps.
Thursday: Shoulders, Calfs.
