you would be alright with what you have now, however up the protein to mid 4's and add somemore carbs as well. other than that lookin alright and good luck

I`ve changes some things in my diet and bumped protein to over 400 and carbs to 370; Will stick to this diet 100% and try to add some protein to reach 450`s while increasing in weight while on cycle
how does it look now?

I think you're fine but if you are leaning out I'd drop the pork. I know some are lean but that's me. another thing is to make sure the mixed nuts are raw and not roasted. When they are roasted you lose the benefit of the oils in the nuts because they have been heated and broken down. Raw Almonds are great.

Awseome... i love unroasted nuts.. and love almonds too...

I`ll substitute prok with turkeybreast sometimes.. but i love pork :)
