why do i wake up leaner on mon after cheating all day sun?
diet mon thru sat diet is fish chicken eggs white rice oatmeal and tilapia at around 2600 cal, mon when i ake up im bout 5lbs heavier, but look a whole lot leaner, why?
lol thx, but no need to be jealous cuz im still fat lol alot of muscle , but still in the weightloss stages of my journey.Thats weird!! I would understand if you were carb cycling or something in that sense cuz you would fell more fuller so looking more tight, but you eat carbs all week. Sorry Bro dont have an answer for you, but your a lucky mutherfo cuz i fell bloated as hell the next morning. Now i feel like the fat chick looking in envy the skinny girl eating ice cream all day and not gaining a fawking pound... You make me sick lmao.

What are you eating on your cheat days ?
Usually I will start with a stack of pancakes, loaded w butter this past sun I cut up a potato fries the pieces and hade 8 eggs with the taters with shredded cheese, before bed I had another stack of pancakes
well im still trying to lose weight, during the week im taking in rnd 23-2400 cal a day, my macros is rnd 35-3600 cal, the cheat on sun is very much needed to keep my from losing my frikkin mind, 2 it can be a cheat day if u like, nowhere does it state that it can only be a meal.its supposed to be a cheat meal not a cheat day lol..I dont fuck with cheat meals they mess up the flow of things

ive done alot of research on this issue, basically my carb and cal intake during the week is so low, that when i eat all those carbs on sun, im shocking my body and my muscles are fed, therefore my muscles swell up, thus making me look leaner lol
