4 iu a day for the hgh.. i have no experience with the ghrp.. im sure someone can chime in
 
If i was going to run HGH i would run 8iu EOD. when taking HGH you will suppress your natural GH for up to 18 hours. so lets say i took my inject at 1am. since it takes 4-6 hours for exogenous HGH to become active you will still release your natty GH that night before the exogenous becomes active. I would take the GHRP-6 on my off day to try and stimulate my own HGH production even though the exogenous is inhibiting it...............following me? on HGH ionject days as long as you wait til 1-2 am to do inject you will still get natty secretion that night.

Why dont you wanna run a little test? at your age it will do you some good and i dont gain weight on medium doses of test on restricted diet. just gives me strenght and a little water maybe 3-5 lbs
 
truthfully it is best to run HGH IV 1-2 times a week, although I am not suggesting ANYONE try this simply because i do not want to be responsible for removing anyone from the gene pool.
 
getting below 9% is very hard without some serious discipline great diet and drugs

less than 8% is extremely unhealthy for males for extended periods of time. You're almost 100% certain to have bone de-mineralization, osteopenia..which is the precursor to osteoporosis.
 
and I held about 6% bf give or take a point for maybe 72 hrs and right after the competition and I re-hydrated my weight went from 174 to 189 in less than 2 days after thats how much my body was depleted from fats and water.
Definitely not a healthy process and puts a lot of stress on your organs
 
anyone using calipers to test BF is wasting their time. The variance, even on a 11-point skinfold can be +-3-5% with a number of variables.

SOrry bro, but you're not walking around at 5 or 6% year round. Neither are all those guys you spoke of. If you dunked anyone of them, including yourself in your 'heyday', you would see otherwise.

With that being said, either way, no drugs (with the exception of GH) burn fat. Its all gonna boil down to diet and cardio.
 
yea RJ is right on any of those calipers or the body comp hand held gadgets at your local gym will just get you in the ball park if you want a true reading you need a water or air displasment test and most big universitys have the capabilitys to do this try contacting there medical department
 
I was 7 point caliper tested at 5-6% age 30. Full 6-pack and striated pecs without serious dieting. I'm an ectomorph, with 50 lbs of muscle on top. I was 6'3" and 190 in college. Now 6'4" and 240lbs hormone-free to this point. It's not uncommon for athletes to run 4-6% all the time. Most of the NBA is in the 4-6% range.

I've drifted up to a barely-there 2-pack for abs with a little left over above my belt-line. You cannot pinch 5mm on my biceps or thighs. My avatar is me at 240 and 10%.

On my body, 5% is NOT dangerously low.

not true.... i understand different body types hold fat differently.... but most of the nba is definitely not in the 4-6% range, the better conditions nba players, they are in the 8-12% range. a small percentage are in the 6-8% range.

i was caliper tested at 7% before starting my cycle....the machine said in the 9's. i took the upper middle and said i was around 8-8.5% i'm still under 10% now same math with clearly visible 6-pack uppers looking nice and full lowers a bit less defined but not much i have the lower ab v-cut clear to my obliques etc.

just sayin....

as for you, i'd get your blood tested and see where you test is at, that should give you an idea for the kind of low dose to run?

really though, no need to argue over the percentages.... the bottom line is that you're after a "look" and wondering what will help you get there, you got some good advice. and hgh shouldn't run you that much bro.... especially if you do it alone. but i'd do it with a low dose of test, and i'd probably gauge how low on the test on what my natty levels were. but i dunno.

great point. we could argue all day. if you want to be lean, its all about diet and cardio. GH will help like i said, but the first two are the keys here.
 
I dunno fellas,

I have seen folks hover around 6 & 7 on a natural equilibrium. There skin is paper thin, very little adipose or sub cutanious. Thats just the way God made them.

It is indeed possible.

For the regular BB shredders they have to diet down hard to get there - stay for two weeks for show time and then back up.

For others they just live in that zone.

The guy sounds legit to me.
