legal supps for..

have a question.. does anyone know of any over-the-counter supps to sub for nolva, clomid, etc. basically legal anti-estro supps?

supp kingdom has this stuff called post-cycle formula.. basically herbal. anyone ever used it?

I like to use an OCT while im on a test cycle because taking that, drinking TONS of water and doing a decent bit or cardio (as long as your calories are up nuff) helps to cut down with the bloating in my face.
Now as for the supp itself 6-OXO is a great choice but i really wouldnt count on it solely for post cycle therapy (pct). Also you should check out a product called formestane. It is scription in europe but its OTC in the US. Maybe take a few of these things and also cystine although it hasnt been proven to do anything it is the "old school" anti-e.
