legs advice

Hey everybody.

i need some advice on how getting bigger legs without any lifting or pushing any weight :help:
i got badly wounded 3 years and ever since i couldn't workout my legs.

im preparing my self to run a test in a month. i dont have any problem working out my upper body. but for the legs ... i dont know what can be done :worried:

when i see the legs of friend of mine (professional cyclist). i think that could be interesting for me to use a gym bicycle to make my muscles grow.

do you think test + good diet (4500kl) + a lot of bicycle could help?

sorry about your legs, but cycling will only tone you up in terms of cardio wise activity, which cycling is. i doubt there will be growth.

i checked with my doctor and he said i can still do leg curl and leg extension.
ill try with those exercises and see. have no other choice
