legs chaffing

so I've recently started doing cardio regularly again. i had just felt like i was getting too much fat but no matter if i wear briefs, boxers, or nothing my legs chaff so bad they are raw when I'm done, i believe its just from my thighs rubbing together. has anyone had issues with this and how did you solve them

Try Compression shorts under your gym shorts instead of your normal underwear.... The key to this is to wear something over them. Dont be the weirdo that walks around the gym in spandex...

This. Along with powder if necessary is what I do and it stopped for me.

longer boxer briefs and some gold bond or baby powder until the excess fat comes off. If you get ingrown hairs my suggestion would be to get a bandaid on them asap...the circular ones are best...haha not a fun problem to have I feel your pain bro

haha thanks guys imma have to try the baby powder and compression shorts. i am trying to lose weight cause i am kinda over at the moment...

carb cycle and run a low carb deficit 2 out of every 3 days, 3r day run high carbs at maint. do that until its in check. if thats too slow go to 3 out of every 4 days. if you are on cycle you can drop fat pretty quick with the proper diet.

I had this really bad last summer, my balls and inner thighs chafed like a bitch. Tight briefs that offer support and baby powder did the trick. Took me a lot of pain chafing to find what worked though lol

compression shorts work well for me... i also get it from time to time when my triceps rub on my lats when doing cardio, walking the dog... just one of the things we gotta deal with as we grow ;)

this has NOTHING to do with being fat... not sure why a few of u assume this. Being big, not fat, can cause limbs to rub, it's just that simple
