any one have any tips on getting ur legs into the lift.
I find it easier on lighter weights
But when under something more heavy (like the 265 today) I forget to drive with my legs or forget to breath
The breathing thing I can conquer on my own
But I need some help with getting my legs into it.
If it matters I positioning my feet more under me like metal militia style
