i've squated 5 plates for 5, 3 for 25 . my quads measure 27.5 up top but they dont look wide enough from the front please any help would be much appreciated.
keep squatting and make sure you are not overtraining. use a closer stance on leg presses than squats. front squats work as wel as smith squats with legs well out in front of you.
