I havent been seeing hardly any results in the last couple of years, so I bumped my daily calorie count up 1000 cal. 5141 calories, and about 160g protien. (i weigh about 165-167). let me know if i can expect to see results, and also what should my carbs be? and am i taking enough protien? not real sure how those work in mass gaining... any help will be greatly apreciated :P
 
thats a whole lot of calories for somone your wieght. Not a flame but are you sure your really getting that many cals? If you are then your prob a hardgainer. Either way you know what has to be done so you on the right track. First off up the protien, also try supplementing with aminos. BTW how clean are those 5000 cals. Someone your wieght should be putting on some sort of wieght even if its fat. Another thing is switch up the types of food you eat, and maybe youv been doing the wrong workout routine for you. Experiment a little. good luck!
