i will not display my name for reasons of my own, but i am a newb to gear, not to PH i have done plent of that been doing that since 17, had some monster cycles, some hardcore cycles now i think im ready to move onto the real stuff, im ready for the dark side. so i little about me believe it or not been lifting since 12, long story however body didnt start showing anything till high school. im out now i do not want to give specific age but i am in mid 20s. My body type is somewhat meso.endo pretty good base to build solid mass, i have massive lower body naturally, and i neglect it a lot, i know i shouldnt but i do, yeah i look like a brick i got no waist but legs are massive and so is my middle upper body like chest back and arms (not shoulders though) anways im always using gear to cut or recomp because of my body. Current standings- 212 lbs bf 15-17%, 4 pack no 6 pack. i would like to get into gear in fact i waas wondering if you gus could help me out on my setting up a cycle- goal recomp

here is what i got so far

test e 500 ew 1-10weeks
hcg 500iu ew 1-pct
tbol 40mgs 1-5weeks
winny 100mg 7-12weeks (progressing to 100mg)
rimonabant 20mgs 6-12 weeks
erase (7-oxo-dhea) 1/2 caps 1-12 weeks
helios 1mg 2 weeks on 2 off

couple of questions though
tbol any good? heard it was mild and not much gains im a good responder to androgens so is this not for me?

also test e vs cyp? test e = more gains because its somewhat quicker? or no real benefits in terms of test in general (sust, testri, prop, e cyp, etc)?

questions concerns lmk, informations guides threads lmk.

Oh and diet
on cuts i like the overall caloric deficient not the carb or fat cut out

here is what i had in mind for diet

Breakfast: Omelet (mushrooms, tomatoes, 4 eggs, bacon, ham, cheddar, spinach), 1 cups of oatmeal (raisins and cinnamon), 1 apple

Snack: protein bar (32g protein 35 g or carbs 10 of fat)

Lunch: Small Salad, 6oz chicken, 1/2 cup pasta. 1 pear, 1 orange

Post: protein shake (24g of protein)

Dinner: salad 6 oz of chicken, chicken sandwhich (grilled)

thats prolly the best i can do with my economical status on a cut


Training:
I workout with a pro and he loves the reverse pyramid type of thing, so something like this

1x12 heavy (forced reps)
1x20
1x30
1x12 heavy

almost like a double inverse pyramid

upper and lower body split. thats the main jist of my training.
 
Broham.. a lot of compounds going on there. Keep it simple at 1st cycle. test only and post cycle therapy (pct). You want to gain mass... you gonna have to eat.

Test e 12 weeks 600mg pin 2x week
test prop 4 weeks 150 EOD (weeks 1-4)

Adex is the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on cycle.

PCT 4 weeks mg/day

Nolva
40/40/20/20
Clomid
50/50/50/50
Aramosin
25mg ed

no, no you see i dont want to gain mass im already at 212. im looking to recomp, and clomid did nothing for me in post cycle therapy (pct). and what the point of two test's at once, they are both test.
 
test cyp or eth only at 400-600 mg a week for 10-12 weeks . start pct 2 weeks after last injection.

do not run tbol and winnie in the same cycle , no need to slam your liver that way. winnie is overrated anyway , only usefull for precontest bodybuilding imo.

do reccomend one or the other (cyp vs e?) and what about tbol to ana Anavar (var) . being Anavar (var) not so toxic

Your diet dictates bulking/leaning out, not
your gear. As stated above, drop the orals
as you'll grenade your liver. If you want a
kick start do as Matt said and run test prop
eod for the first 4 weeks. Test E doesn't
fully peak until the forth or fifth week,
whereas Test P is a short ester and will
build peak blood levels sooner. Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) gets
dropped once you start pct.
 
Also, if you run toremifen dose at 60/60/60/60 and drop the nolva as torem is a stand alone imo. There's no need to start at a high dose and titrate down either. Have you ran Prami before? Prami is very harsh and can make you feel sick if you start at too high of a dose, you need to start low and work up. 1mg is too high starting out, where did you come up with that?

okay thanks, and i have ran prami at 1 mg no bad sides to speak of.

Brolly... just run test 1st cycle... if the gear is gtg, you eat right, train smart... you will get the results you want.

test prop is a short ester, test e is a long ester.

no need for test p, you will feel the test effects much faster than enanthate, IMO.

Clomid and Nolva together is recommendation w/ aramosin.

okay i see what your gettin at now, test p make gains quick then test e to add onto it, also consensus on tbol and var?

oh no he is natural, i just work out with him it is my choice to go to dark side. i just work out with the guy because he is ver knowledgable ans someone i can learn from, which is why i here to learn
 
you don't need it. See how you react to test 1st... then add TBol next cycle. Trust when I tell you steroids aren't a magic pill. You can take Anavar (var), but you will just be making expensive piss. Run a test only 1st cycle.

Nope, Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) suppresses natural test, it would be counter productive to run in post cycle therapy (pct). Anavar (var) and TBol are also extremely weak and not even worth running. You gains from test will be good, you need to learn how your body reacts to that compound. If you start getting bad sides, how are you gonna know what it's coming from with multiple compounds?

Var is extremely expensive for wht it is. There are far better compounds/orals to run. TBol isn't too bad, more or less a scaled down dianabol. If you have them, give them a shot on your second cycle just to see if it's worth it to you. Personal experience is the best way to learn as everbodies body reacts different. Just make sure test is always a base when running any compound/oral.
