I have 3 extra amps (2 c's total) of sustanon. I am currently running 500 mg/week in 2 shots of 250.

Should I just take 750mg in 2 or 3 doses this week and 750 next then back to 500 or 1000mg in one week and then back to 500 the next week?

I guess I could always save it for my next cycle (they're in amps) but if I can benefit by the extra shots, I'll do it now. Thanks.

Just save it. You're not gonna get any extra benefits with an extra 250mg for 2 weeks.

They mean ave dosages used can vary from 250-1000mg a week. You can take it how you want but the best way is to figure out what amount you are going to take and split it up in two shot over the 7 day period. You want to try an keep the levels of test in your system consistant. If you do something like Tes E, you can get away with one shot every 6 or 7 days.
