Letro 4 gyno question:

I'm about 4 weeks into my first cycle. Test Cyp 400mg/wk. 6'4 252 10%BF. put on about 12 lbs so far and my weights are way up. But, about 2 weeks ago I developed a small lump under my left nip. I had a prob when I was younger with a small lump so I had liquid Tamox on hand and I ran it at 80mgED since it flared up. Hasn't helped... still there, still tender. So I ordered Letro from Lion. I assume it's oral admin as well, but why the spray top? Is 1.5 mg/ED good to start? Thx.

thats a tough question bro 80 mg of nolva should have helped , is the lump getting bigger or staying the same ?

staying the same. you can't notice it until you touch it. about the size of a dime. but it's def tender...

also, anyone ever mix hcg w/ their oils? i just did, and 1/2mL of hcg got sucked up into the test bottle. i knew i'd make mistakes my first cycle, but this is redick.

hcg can trigger gyno .....try the letro topicaly yes just rub it on( it's working for other guys ) I never intended it to be used this way....you are the first one I have told to do this. Guys on steroid.com are doing it and finding it takes 2-3 days to see the lump get smaller and go away. please take a pic ....1.5 mg a day after it is gone should be fine. if the topical doesn't work email me I will make you a special case that lump is a big deal. don't worry we will get rid of it. I want you to document this Please this may help alot of other guys in the future

How does the Letro get absorbed topically and enter the tissue in male mammary/gyno lumps? I know that when one uses DMSO it shuttles the compound in it through the dermis. Is the solution that your Letro comes in able to penetrate the dermis and enter the tissue like DMSO (a transdermal carrier)? I am really interested in this as well. Thanks in advance.

DMSO is a common transdermal carrier. A transdermal medication is a medication that is absorbed through the skin. Okay fellas- I rec'd the Letro... and just in time b/c my R nip is sore now too. rubbed it on just like Lion said- and took a pic per request to document. still running liquid Tamox 80mg ED. once the lump goes away should i back down the Nolva to 20mg ED til the end of the cycle. and should i then begin taking the letro orally? please advise. thx.

well, nolva should work orally, but you should dose it high for elimination of gyno, like 80mg/day (tabs) 120mg/day(liquid or UG)

however, I saw a couple UG labs promoting some transdermal gyno formulas (other than the DHT formula) which contained letro and/or aromasin and/or other compounds to help gyno... I havent seen any real feedback on this yet.

Any links (you can PM me)? For the past several days, I've been thinking about doing a transdermal for gyno. If somebody else has already done it, then maybe I can learn a thing or two from their experiences.

I'm also trying to understand DMSO versus other carriers that are more often used by compounding pharmacists.

Thanks for the help and support. Good news: I gained 22 lbs. total. Bad news: I am highly predisposed to gyno. To combat it, I ran 120mg liquid Tamox ED for the last week (80mg ED 2 wks prior). Also added 1.5mg Letro ED for the last week. Tried transdermally (no luck) then orally for last week. Lump is still there.

Starting post cycle therapy (pct) with Clomid next week. I did not expect to have to run high doses of Nolva for this long. Please advise on how much Tamox and Letro once I begin Clomid.

I was, however, VERY pleased with the results in terms of strength gains, and I don't want to have to quit the gear b/c of the sides. Is there anyone out there who has had a similar experience, and can recommend a different cycle with comparable gains and less sides?

Oh, and I never mentioned my age. I'm 29.

ive been running letro as well and in the beginning it seemed to help, im also very perdisposed to gyno, and gradually have developed lumps under both nipples, so who knows. everyones body reacts so differently to these chemicles. i will add that it did help me keep off some bloat though, which is strange bc i would think if its helping in that aspect then i shouldnt have developed the lumps.

How long before you noticed the gyno getting smaller? Did the gyno seemingly disappear all at once?

As LION mentioned in previous post, I am documenting my GYNO problems in hopes someone can learn from my mistakes? Please advise! But I call them mistakes b/c there may be a non-surgical way to eradicate gyno, but we haven't progressed enough in that direction "scientifically"? Is all the positive evidence all anecdotal?

I have done everything BY The Book so far.

What I DO know is I LOOK and FEEL the best I have ever felt in my life (all bullshit aside) and I don't want some soft tissue under my nipple to eff it up. Hopefully one of the Mods, Vets or anyone for that matter has and answer...

pux888- thx for the reply. I def feel like the liquid Tamox I've been taking helped keep down the bloat, but you're saying double up on the Letro for a couple of weeks? As long as my lump goes away i don't care, but so far it's not getting better.

I am using Clomid for PCT... please advise on how to taper (if necessary) liquid tamox and letro. thanks.

i dont think i would up my dose any more than 1.5 mg per day, just stick w/ what your doing, and keep up your novla post cycle. mine always seems to subside when i keep the novla dose up during pct.
