Letro

Ive had a big lump undre my right nipple for a few months now. I visited a doc and got it checked out and it is gyno. I started my cycle this week and just found out about letro. Is it to late to try out some letro to get rid of this "lump" ? The doc said I will need to get surgery done on it but I would rather try letro first since Ive read up some good stuff on it.

You started a cycle this week?? So is the gyno from a past cycle?? Why not try and take care of the gyno first before the next cycle.

You can run letrozole at 2.5 mgs for 2 weeks and drop to 0.25 daily after 2 weeks. Get some blood work done first though. You don't want to overshoot and kill your balance of estrogen.

If you decide to use letro to try an reduce that gyno then you will have to just not worry about estrogen. The amount you will need to use to reverse it if its full blown will most certainly crush your estrogen into non existence. if it was me i would take my chances. Mightymouse has done it and it worked well for him.

I would taper off slowly though or you will most def get a rebound since it is not a suicidal AI.

i would go from 2.5mg ed to 1.25mg Ed to 1.25mg EOD then 1.25mg E3D then finally .625mg E3D and see if that works. if not go back up in the same increments to find your sweet spot. each taper dose should be ran for AT LEAST 3 days.

In all honesty i would try switching to exemestane once the letro has done its job @ 12.5-25mg ED. Aromasin is the best Aromatase inhibitor (AI) because its suicidal (meaning no rebound) and because it can effectively be dosed ED. Aromasin is by far the best in treating acne IMO.

Not to mention that it will not effect your lipids like the other 2 AI's. making it the number 1 choice for long term use.

DET-OAK is right on. I failed to mention steady tapering off. Aromasin another great suggestion. But make sure you get blood tests done.

i agree with Dave, blood tests are the only way to ensure your health. Not to mention the sticky at the top of the forum will tell you how to get them done for 59.99.

I started noticing the lump enlarging after my cycle (Test,Tren,Masterton). I've ran this cycle in the past and had no issues. I had a slight lump during the cycle but was able to control it and the pain with arimadex. I did PCT of clomid and nova. The lump just kept on getting bigger and I finally visited the doc. It is approx the size of a 1" ball.
