THere is not anymore fat to lose and look good, especially in the facial area. So gaining muscle is really the only option for lets say skin that just does not look too great in certain areas. Now I am taking a tiny bit not like tons of hanging skin. Like a bit lose on the bicep area. So if you add more muscle in that area would that help the appearence of that little loose skin?
I understand fat is fat, muscle is muscle, skin is skin. BUt adding muscle muscle push out or help fill the skin right? Provided your not too far gone.
