Hi Everyone;

First off I would like to thanks Leslie at LGSCIENCES for making me a part of the LG SCIENCES Team.

I will be posting my 30 day log here.
I have had 2 servings already and sipping on my third already! Below are my rankings thus far. I will be updating posts daily.

A little about myself and my goals here;
I train weights (for strength and power)
I wrestling\submission grappling
I am going to start taking up boxing as well.
I like to use products like this durring heavy conditioning days.

As you can see it, pretty similar to LIPOTROPIC, easily recognizable with no leaks.

SMELL:

I personally like fruit a lot so the smell of kiwi was great!

TASTE:
10/10
Refreshing and actually tastes like they say it does.

MIXIBILITY:
10/10
BCAAS and EAA natually have trouble disolving and that is fine. Mixes fine; I am not a complicated guy, I take supplements and eat proper food to get the job done and make me a better athlete.
 
Hey Brutha!! Good to see you back on the board regularly.. glad to see your still at w/the grappling. :) I've been doing alot gi lately, trying to get that ranking/belts ;) You'll enjoy boxing, just don't get frustrated!..lol
I'll follow the log. Interested to see if you see a difference in recovery. I've never used LG's but use to use BCAA and AA alot then dropped them when I was dropping to 155lb for MMA, since I had to lose mass/muscle... and didn't seem to see awhole lot of difference in recovery but I always eat good/clean.
 
day 2- just did 1.5 hours of gi grappling. Also drilled my takedowns after the practice. I was kicking ass today w\conditioning and awareness. This product seems to be treating me well.

I felt great today. Sipped on his product last night pre-post workout and look at that today my workout today was amazing !

About to have some right now .

each serving has about 10.5grams blended of EAA and BCAA.And there is glutamine too :-) Depending on my day I shift it around.

Last night before bed had 1 serving (3scoops) with 20 oz of water.

Today i am going to sip on it during deadlifts and sprints.

Sipped on about .5 gallon w\ 3 scoops. It def got me through deadlifts, and sprints on the eliptical for 10minutes.

Liking the taste so far.
 
Bad day. Woke up w\sore throat and aches. Dragged my ass out of bed and drank hot green tea all day. Then somehow made it to wrestling practice. Technique is good and cardio was amazing.

Drank 1 serving (3 scoops) post workout. The glutamine should help the immune system too.
 
recovering from the cold well. Took 1 serving last night before bed feeling bettter today. Bummed out about randy loosing, but he is an insipiration ! No training today, just took another serving . Taste is really good.
 
in addition started using Speed V2 from LG SCIENCES. Serving sizes are 1-3 capsules. I am 180lbs so 1 capsule will do the trick. Holy shit it got me going ! Going to use this for 6 weeks as well.

sipping on it pwo this time around feels great. Might take an ice bath my body aches after grappling. So far not getting sick of the taste and DOMS isnt bad.
 
been busy w\the holiday weekend etc. Eating has been 100% on point. Basically looking to stay at 180ish lbs and put on more size and drop some fat. This supp has been helping w\my conditioning days.
 
Training is going well. Fat is coming off and I am starting to feel like myself again. Taking 1 serving durring conditioning and shoulders today. I am going to update this with the Speed V2 info and lipotropic. LG SCIENCES was kind enough to send over these 3 wonderful products and I am going to report about them all.
 
back\core today. Ended w\20 tire flips and jump rope. Really trying to learn how to jump rope. My left hip is a mess! Sipped on 10grams of BCAA\EAA and that got me through deadlifts :-)

Ok Im back! Still been training hard hitting PR's and grappling 2x\week.
Life and work has just been crazy. Still taking 1serving each day and basially stable at 180lbs and just getting leaner and faster :-)

To get even more creative I add in some crystal light
 
Been a while guys; basically I completed the tub of BCAA's. It was helping me mostly w\the DOMS and the stamina durring practice.

Next on my list is to try t-911 by LG SCIENCES and will start a new thread on this as well.
