Appreciate it log has come to a pause when i did some security for the club i sprained both wrists and elbows are hurting so jist taking a few days off training.

Yes we all through blows we had no choice i actually googled if we are allowed to it says no but max force needed to remove a person well lets just say i needed to hit as max force no way i was gonna risk getting my ass beat.

those fights in the club can def get crazy ,iv been in so many with so many scars all over the body lol now to think of it I regret it , glad you didn't get hurt bro.
 
Thx^^ so still on my regimen taking the 20mg LGD ed finally went to gtm last night my wrists and joints still hurt from the fights so just did a bunch of singles deadlifts uo to 495...... Gonna go for a light workout later today tomorrow im going to Fit Expo and watch some powerlifting! Think i have strep throat now so doc visit today as well lol
 
Been busy went to expo this weekend.... Im sick as fuck but doing ok still sarming strength is real decent yesterday was deads worked my way up too 606 for a single.

Bench was just now worked my way up too 408 for a single using olympic weights thats why the off numbers. But so far LGD definitely helps my endurance and strength not tren strong but pretty strong lol. Tomorrow is squats let you guys know how that goes.
 
Monday night was 20 degrees was running round delivering pizza's in it.

Been sick in bed with sore throat fever sweating and all that.

Can't imagine being in the gym like this.

Honestly its not the smartest but my team will gibe me shit if i dont show up. I mean i cant my friend tore his fucken bicep one friend is sick as fuck diabetes fucking him up so my excuses are no good lol. Your doing the right thing resting up but were idiots lol

I wouldn't say that but like for instance i came off a super harsh cycle tons of shit and my body was hurting for a break. I think its good for anyone wanting to run something more mild it sure beats cruising alone. But for powerlifting we need our drol and tren halo shit like that for massive strength. But sarms are not shit like i originally thought they have there place as for bodybuilding i couldnt tell you my diet is not the greatest so if it causes changes i wouldnt see them as much as a strict eater.
