Appreciate it log has come to a pause when i did some security for the club i sprained both wrists and elbows are hurting so jist taking a few days off training.

Monday night was 20 degrees was running round delivering pizza's in it.
Been sick in bed with sore throat fever sweating and all that.
Can't imagine being in the gym like this.
Been busy went to expo this weekend.... Im sick as fuck but doing ok still sarming strength is real decent yesterday was deads worked my way up too 606 for a single.
Bench was just now worked my way up too 408 for a single using olympic weights thats why the off numbers. But so far LGD definitely helps my endurance and strength not tren strong but pretty strong lol. Tomorrow is squats let you guys know how that goes.
