Basically though, when your pituitary senses that you do not have enough testosterone it secretes LH. LH goes to your testicles and tells them to make testosterone.

I've been on trt for a couple of years now. But with the change in laws in Australia I was forced to retest , which has meant a 2 month layoff and a bloodtest. Test score was 4.4, but LH was 1. Endo decided on another month off and another bloodtest because my LH is normally less than 1. You now need 2 tests under 6 for the govt to subsidise your testosterone. Saving of about $120 per shot.

Must have 2 tests under 6 and be under the care of a specialist. And here's the kicker... The specialist don't want to be accountable. I've been told they dont want people on there 'list'. So they put you on the round about. The very same specialist offered to private script me immediately, at $157 per reandron shot instead of $37 subsidised. They are scared of the govt new rules. It's easier to get oxy than test.

WOW. They reduced an already ridiculously low reading of 203ng/dL to an even more retardedly low 173ng/dL to qualify for TRT?!
That shit just blows my mind. So many guys are running around with serum values at 300ng/dl (10nmol/L) and are suffering. That is just downright criminal imo.
I seriously don't know why your LH is even being looked at. If you're at 4.4nmol/L (127ng/dL), he's being a jackass as that's a VERY unhealthy testosterone level long-term. In fact, you are BELOW the testosterone levels of a girl during puberty!
Id suggest looking for a new doctor, but I don't know how easy that would be for you - or if it would even be worth it as you're jumping through the hoops as-is.

I've been to 2 endo, and now jumping with a sexual health clinic and new endo. They are looking for any excuse to not prescribe. And yes I'm suffering, joint pain, tired, weak, muscle loss, shitty sleep, and all the classic symptoms. I've got a great GP though, he was prescribing for me until he lost the ability. I'm in for the long haul, the cost is just to much without subsidy. I'll keep you up to date.

When did this go through?? Or is it only because your subsidized?
I just began TRT with my GP in QLD. I've only just started (on my first script) but I was self-medicating long before this. I've had natural bloodwork with him before but nothing else in the last 6months apart from on my own supplied TRT. I thought previously it was 12n/mol? Don't know when it moved to 8.
Edit: In fact the last bloods I got done with him were when I was on cycle lol.. TT came back at 166n/mol LOL.

I think so, I am not 100% sure I just know the reading is for 24 hour total on the 24 urine test.

Damn! Just over... if you can wiggle another test out of him or try a new doctor you could always try something like low dose anavar to knock it down that tiny bit more... I'm talking like 5mg daily a week before your test. Should be enough to bias the numbers in your favour without tanking them.
Flipside if that it may raise free T a bit... but if they aren't checking for that you'd be fine.
Otherwise if cost is the only issue you could ask to switch to Primoteston depot (enanthate.) You'd just have to pin twice a week instead but it's a lot cheaper.
OR the other (and probably best) option would to just go back on your normal TRT for another year... after about a year tell him you want to come off and retest for PBS... should easily pull below 6n/mol consistently after suppression for another year. You're not much above it now.
