Libido enhancing herbs, supplements, blends...

Can anyone recommend a decent herbal/natural sex drive enhancing supplement? Or blend?

Maca, horny goat weed, tribulus, avena sativa...do any of these work?

Then there are supplement blends such as exotica and steel erex to name a few.

If you have personally used either a supplement by itself or some concoction, please let me know how it worked for you.

I recommend going to a Chinese Medical Practitioner, they know their herbs. My Chinese doctor has me on an herbal concoction that is supposed to do 3 things--Increase testosterone, increase libido, and increase muscle mass. I believe it works so that is good enough for me.

I've tried caped Maca but it wasnt anything special...however, Maca root powder is supposed to be amazing. I may look into it.

Actually I have no idea-it is a concoction it tastes like bitter celery, cinnamon, but he makes his own concoctions and will not tell me the exact ingredients. It increases libido, slightly increases appetite, but the biggest effect is that it puts on weight.

I found maca and horny goat weed works for me. You do have to use them in a loading phase and then right before the deed. Also understand that at first, esp with new herbs, your body does not know what to do with them and it may take a few days to notice the difference. Of course everybody is different but thats a general rule of thumb.

Libido Booster

I don't really know if it works or not. Everyday I take 3000mg of Arginine and 112.5mg Yohimbe Powdered Bark Extract and I never seem to have any problems.

I heard Goliath Labs' Ejaculoid works killer. Havn't used it tho. I have been using Horny Goat Weed w/Maca & Trib. Terrest......works for me. I suppose you could make your own stack by also throwing in Yohimbe.
