just a quick question

last week i hit my pb with deadlift, but only 2 reps. and i kept my reps last week low (even for my warmups). my only problem was that i wasn't feeling the tightness that i usual feel doing deadlifts... say 6 - 8 reps.

would it be beneficial to do a few sets 6, then go for 1 set really heavy.. ?

worded it wrong .. hopeuflly someoone understands lol :insane2:

you can always do a high rep down set or 2 to get your reps in after your heavier lifts .

thanks for the reply.. i think my body just gave me a big "shut the fuck up" in the gym. i kept low reps today again , and my lower back feels great :D
