Light cycle with Sustenon 400 question

I know that sustenon is an every 3rd day shot but being that its 400 could I do 1/2 cc mon and 1/2 cc thurs to get the 400 weekly and keep blood levels even. Or would it be more optimal to just hit e3rd 1/2 cc and keep it at that? Or just do one hit every 5 days full 400 instead of every 7.

I have been doing test cyp 250 every 5 days and I feel damn good on it. Strong as hell still doing volume training and leaning out. Belly fat though is giving me a hard time

Am wanting to run this for 12 weeks

Blood work came back everything is in order. Hell my cholesterol was 152, 10pts less than my vegetarian dad lmao.

I will also run aromasin 12.5g eod along with my proviron 50mg ed.once am done I will go baxk to a 250 weekly dose.

Any comments welcomed.

I will be uping my calory intake to 2200 from 1800 and go from 300 g of protein to 400

Thats what I was thinking hitting 1/2 cc every rd day I think that a full cc right now would be too much for me running it e3d.
 
Yes u can technicly inject it 2x a week if u wish , the reason there is usualy a more frequesnt injection time with sus is because of how long its ester is (3weeks) as opposed to the 2 with test e and c , there is a slower release which means slighly lower levels in your system per week , however depedning on your goals , if u are trying to run a real cycle and gain muscle mass here , id suggest increasing the dose at least if u only want to inject 2x a week , so that u have higher levels in your system per week . 400mg per week sus is not much a all . id go at least 500mg but lean more towards 600mg per week . so yes u can go 2x a week if u wish , id suggest raising the dose though , and your calories seem very low to be putting on mass with , unless u are cutting ?
 
Thanks fancy but am still trying to loose fat. The up in calory intake is the extra 100 grams of protein am gonna be doing. I want to lean out and have a good base as for when I do a real hit this summer of a 16 week cycle if test and eq. Am down to about 23% bf thats a 15% drop but my doc told me that its agking to start tapering off and slowing down. I dont want to starv my muscles as am trying to displacw more fat with some muscle. I know that with the low calories I wont keep much of what I gain but if it gelps get rid if fat by making me work harder at the gym am good with that. The real test will come in Aug when I go full blown 750 mg cyp and 1200 mg eq a week. Cant do tren so minus well hit it hard and hea y witb other proven substances. There regardless if bf I will be doing a 4K intake of calories a day.
