I got some liquid clen, I think it might be underdosed,
Day 1 - 50mcg at 8am - shakes and heat, can feel heart no sides (effects felt gone by 12pm)
Day 2 - 50mcg at 8am then 50mcg at 1pm, still shakes and heat, no sides. (effects felt gone by 4pm)
Should I just continue at day 2 does? what should I do? how far should I push it?
