liquid thyroxine (T4) by iron dragon ? Dosage ?

I bought a bottle of T4 from iron dragon, and I don't have a clue as to how much to take and if the dose is fully absorbed orally. It says that 4 pumps is 400 mcg, and I know how to dose T4 I've had experience with it but not with a liquid spray pump. Does anyone have any advice as to how many pumps I should start with ? I've been taking 1 pump /day which should be 100mcg but I don't know if its accurate since its in liquid form and supposed to be taken orally. If anyone has any advice to the potency or the absorption rate of this product please let me know how much I should be taking. Thanks

measure it with an oral syringe (bought at drug store). Look up T4 dosage info yourself, it's literally 1 google search away

My question is more about the quality of the liquid version of thyroxine, is it reliable ? Meaning if I ingest 100 mcg in liquid form is it actually 100 mcg ? Or does it break down to less ? I know how to dose T4 correctly.
