Liquid V and Liquid Cia Question

I bought both of them and started at lower dosages and worked my way up to 1ml on the Cia and 4ml on the V.
With Cia I got the stuffy nose and a headache but didn't feel anything.
And with the V I noticed my semen was thinner but still didn't do anything other than that.

So I'm just trying to figure out if I'm taking them wrong. And they're supposed to be taken orally correct?

Btw I'm a healthy guy I just wanted surprise my gf
