Little gyno symptom at the end of my test cycle...

So today was my last shot of test e 500 mg a week.I noticed in my left nipple a very small pebble bump.I have letro and nolva on hand right now, how should I approach this. I'm guessing waiting till two weeks to start my pct is to long to correct this problem? Also I'm waiting for Clomid for my pctnd it will look like this.. Nolva 40/40/20/20 Clomid 50/50/50/50. PCT looks good. Letro is really strong stuff, I've never used it, and frankly I'm a little bit scared of it. You should have been running adex or aromisin on cycle, and that's what I would recommend now. You can probably get by with either the Nolva or the Letro, but I'm going to let someone else recommend dosage, as I have no experience using them this way. Next time, run an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on cycle. 2 weeks is a minimum for PCT, I would wait 15-18 days for test E.
