also I see a lot of post about training and diet so i figure i'll post before someone else bust me out. I'm 28 6 day a week training 4 on individual muscle groups one recap and saturdays are for cardio and tanning. I get 45 min to an hour every night with my hr over 140. I pretty tight on my diet with the excepition of messing with my sugar after a workout. i usually drink a soda or gatorade or scarf down a couple pieces of bread just as fast as i can after lifting. other than that i'm real tight on my carbs except pre and post workout. My fat consumption is maybe a problem I prefer read meat. I get around 300 g of protien a day 100 frm shakes the rest from tuna, jerky and so on and it's harder to do than it looks.
