Long!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cycle

Hey guys im back like i said in the other thread yous probly wont remember me but i remember you guys ythat helped me...i started back training about 10 years ago with olympic lifting..from there i just liftied weight to get arms and chest like everyother kid but none consistant ive been consistant for the last 3 years..il post pics from start to where i am now..the thing is i done my first cycle in 2010 10 weeks of stanazol only at 400mg/week while i was cutting that was july-augest 2010 after that i didnt take anything was training and eating and gaining wieght...few months after i compressed both ulnar nerve in my elbows..wich put me out for about 3-4months no training no diet no nothing i went to a fat mess probly 82kg 25+ bodyfat!!!!!...so i started back training febuary of this year 2011..on no steroids i cut my body fat very fast lost 8kg and got muscle memory back i jumped on cycle on the 18th of april 2011 this is the rundown
1-5 dbol 50mg/day
1-20 sus250 500mg/week
20-date sus250 250mg/week
the plan was 16 weeks all up but moved around ect and just stayed on...long term goal is to compete ifbb...i realy want honest quality input pls but the top notch guys...other opinions are welcome il post pics from start to now so u can see the progress cheers guys and get HUGE!!!!!!

damn u were looking great man, sucks how injuries can take away all of our gains and hard work and time we put into getting them!!
 
You have definitely come a long way from the first set of pics! the sweat, sacrafice and tears does eventually pay off.

Looks like you respond pretty well to gear. Your body changes drastically but when off you don't appear to hold any muscle. I could just be reading wrong but you have made some pretty good changes.


Ifbb is a long ways off my friend but keep working at it. Your arms get pretty thick no would continue to work on the legs, back, and continue to keep moving forward with the rest. If you are truly trying to get a pro card you need to keep supplements, diet, training all in check.

I forgot you had an injury so nevermind on the comment on not holding muscle off cycle. My mistake.

I would throw in a couple heavy bulking cycles of test/deca/dbol, and test/tren/drol. Continue to add size and get your weight up. If truly into this the get on a long term course of gh as well.

user u are always a great help....really appreciate ur advise..yes that injury really put me back but full steam ahead atm getting blood work done again 2morro if all is good would be getting on heavy cycle come jan1st cheers for the help and support will be asking alot more things thanks again. USER if all bloods are fine ect should i just start my heavy bulking cycle january i got enough test to last till then at 250mg a week ?
