Sup Bros'. I'm 6'4, 210, 37, and hit the gym, diet and sleep hard. I'm into the 3rd week of a 12 week test only cycle. Am consuming 330-350 grams of protien and 4300 calories (porportioned protiens, carbs, fats) daily. My big bitch though is that no matter how I schedule my meals or workouts, I don't feel like I'm kicking ass at the gym like I know I can. I mean, I workout hard but just don't feel my energy level is 100-110%!
I think the best workouts I ever had were when I took to Xenedrine 45 minutes before working out...but now you can't buy the gear.
